How Much Bekro Dye Do I need?
Bekro candle dye goes a long way! We sell the dye in 10 gram bags and a full bag is enough to dye 5 kilograms of paraffin candle wax. If you are using a natural or vegetable oil wax you will have to use a higher concentration of Bekro dye. The best temperature to dissolve Bekro dye into the candle wax is when you add it to the molten wax at between 65°C-70°C. You should NOT go above 80°C. It is also important to remember that dye colours may alter from screen to screen and so we strongly suggest that you test your chosen colour before you make any large orders.
