Delivery information
Our standard dispatch is same working day (Monday – Friday) for orders placed before 10 am, we may continue dispatching after 10 am but there are no guarantees you will receive your package the next working day. Please note, during busy periods you should allow an additional 1 - 2 working days for orders to be dispatched. Our current dispatch time is 24-48 hours from when the order is placed.
We typically use Royal Mail and DPD to send our parcels.
Issues and delays with couriers can occur and are out of our control, if you have any issues with the service of our couriers please get in touch. All delivery times are an estimate and not a guarantee. We cannot refund shipping costs due to errors which are no fault of our own. We cannot resend items which are currently in transit. Customers are responsible for the shipping and return cost of any packages they choose to reject.
Though rare, your order may be delayed if we are out of stock of a particular item, if this is the case we will notify you the same day.
All our shipping prices are based solely on the weight of the packaged item, the postcode and country it is being shipped to and are excluding VAT.

For parcels weighing over 20 KG it is an additional £5.25 per 20 KG
Note: Wax will be sent in its own package when ordering 20kg or more.

Free Shipping - Shipping times vary depending on the time of the year. Please allow up to 5 working days to receive your order.

There is now an additional £5 Customs Clearance Fee
Italy - Parcels are priced by weight at checkout DPD Classic 4 Days Shipping Time
There is now an additional £5 Customs Clearance Fee
Belgium - Parcels are priced by weight at checkout DPD Classic. Parcels to Belgium require a minimum customs value of £150
Poland - Parcels are priced by weight at checkout DPD Classic. Parcels to Poland require a minimum customs value of £150
